The issue with the firewall has been identified and the firewall manufacturer has asked us to replace the firewall cluster ASAP to avoid a major outage.

We are scheduling an emergency network maintenance at 1PM today to switch to the new firewall cluster. We will do our best to avoid any outages, but during the maintenance period websites/services may experience an outage for 5-10 mins as traffic is rerouted.

Maintenance Start Time : 1PM

Maintenance End Time : 3PM

We will send a further update once the maintenance has completed.

Our Firewall cluster is currently experiencing issues, we have contacted the firewall manufacturer to help with the investigation. Currently none of the services are impacted.
